The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program helps families get healthy food, nutrition education, and healthcare referrals. In Cuyahoga County, WIC is run by The MetroHealth System, serving over 35,000 participants each month at 21 locations.

🌿 Get Free Farmers Market Coupons! WIC volunteers will be at some of our markets this year handing out WIC coupons to participants.
🛍 Shop for Fresh, Healthy Food! Use your WIC coupons at any of our markets to buy fruits, vegetables, and more from local farmers.
✅ Look for Signs! Farmers who accept WIC coupons will have signs posted—or just ask if they accept WIC!
