The Frittata Project: Nutritious Cooking on a Budget

At North Union Farmers Market, we believe that healthy eating should be affordable and accessible to everyone. That’s why we created The Frittata Project—a hands-on cooking program that teaches families how to prepare delicious, nutritious meals for around $10 (less than the amount matched through Produce Perks for EBT-SNAP/Ohio Direction Card users).

What to Expect:

🍳 Cooking Workshops & Demos – Learn step-by-step how to make simple, healthy meals using fresh, local ingredients.
💡 Budget-Friendly Tips – Discover how to stretch your grocery budget while maintaining a nutritious diet.
🎁 Take-Home Goodies – Participants receive kitchen tools (pan & spatula) and gift certificates for fresh, local produce from our farmers markets!

FREE for Qualifying Participants!
If you receive WIC Coupons, SNAP/EBT, or Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Coupons, you qualify to participate at no cost!

📍 Join us and gain the skills, confidence, and resources to cook healthy meals at home—without breaking the bank!
